We are proud to offer UPS or USPS Shipping.  Your order will be shipped to you fully insured.  We urge all of our customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt. Shipments must be made to a physical address and require an adult signature, (Regardless of any waivers you may have with UPS or USPS). We will notify you when your items will be shipped as well as providing you with a tracking number so you know when to expect the shipment.  We cannot ship to a P.O. Boxes.

Return Policy


Online Purchases may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in new and original condition, packaged in original gift box.


Please include a copy of the receipt or invoice.


No returns for any purchases made in store locations.


A refund of the price, and any applicable taxes, will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item.


Shipping Costs are not refunded.


Ring Sizing Policy


Since our jewelers are very familiar with our products, we highly recommend that you send your ring back to us should it need to be sized or re-sized as opposed to bringing it to another jeweler. While there are many competent jewelers in the industry, we cannot vouch for the skills of other jewelers so we encourage you to send your ring sizing needs directly to us.
